THE RELENTLESS JOURNEY
OUR EVOLUTION
FROM CARPENTRY TO FULL REMODEL SERVICE:
Relentless Kitchen & Bath began in 2016 with a simple vision and a single truck. Founder Bill Baker, a third-generation carpenter, began by offering trim work and small carpentry projects, building a reputation for precision, honesty, and hard work. As demand grew, we moved into a shared shop in 2017, expanding into cabinetry and slowly increasing the team that would shape our future.
By 2018, our craftsmanship spoke for itself. Working from the same shared space, we refined our processes and took on increasingly custom, detail-driven projects. This momentum carried us into 2019, the year everything changed. We officially evolved into full home remodels, expanding beyond carpentry to deliver complete transformation experiences for our clients.
In 2020, we opened our first combined showroom, creating a dedicated space where clients could explore materials, designs, and inspiration. The following year brought even more growth as we upgraded to a shared showroom and secured our own dedicated shop—allowing us to take on larger projects with improved efficiency.
2022 marked a major milestone as we moved into our current showroom and formed a key partnership with Surface Solutions Countertops. This collaboration elevated our kitchen remodel capabilities with high-quality materials and expert fabrication. As our identity became clearer, we rebranded in 2023 from Relentless Carpentry to Relentless Kitchen & Bath, fully embracing our role as specialists in kitchen and bathroom remodels.
Today, we stand as a full-service remodeling company rooted in craftsmanship, design, and client care. In 2024 and beyond, we continue to innovate—integrating advanced design technology, streamlining our process, and expanding our team. With every project, we remain committed to creating spaces that are functional, beautiful, and built to last.

BILL BAKER
Owner & Founder (Relentless Kitchen and Bath)
Bill is the founder of Relentless Kitchen & Bath since 2016, and the backbone of our craftsmanship. With generations of experience in the remodeling industry, he sets the standard for quality, integrity, and execution on every project.
Bill oversees construction practices, project standards, and the long-term vision of the company, ensuring our work reflects true professionalism and pride in craftsmanship.
CONOR DRISCOLL
Sales & Project Coordination
Conor works closely with both customers and the production team to keep projects organized and on track. He assists with sales, estimating, scheduling, and job coordination, helping bridge the gap between design and installation.
Conor plays a crucial role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, meeting both company standards and customer expectations.
TIM BAKER
Project Manager & Build Execution Lead
Tim has been part of Relentless Kitchen & Bath since day one, carrying forward a family legacy rooted in craftsmanship. As a second-generation carpenter, he has built years of experience spanning custom cabinetry and full-scale remodeling projects.
His hands-on expertise and commitment to quality ensure each project is executed with care, accuracy, and respect for the craft—upholding the standards our clients trust and expect.
CHESKA MONSOD
Marketing Manager
Cheska manages all of Relentless Kitchen & Bath online presence, keeping our digital image polished, cohesive, and true to our brand.
She oversees our website, social media, online advertising, and digital content, ensuring our work, values, and story are clearly communicated.
Her role is key in maintaining a strong, recognizable brand that reflects our craftsmanship and our promise of being where design meets determination.
PEYTON GIUSEFFI
Inside Sales & Operations
Peyton oversees the day-to-day operations and customer experience at Relentless Kitchen & Bath.
She manages sales coordination, design support, pricing, scheduling, and internal systems to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Peyton plays a major role in maintaining our standards, organization, and communication, while helping shape the direction and growth of the company.
RAM DULAY
Lead Coordinator
Ram is our outreach specialist, focused on connecting with homeowners and introducing them to everything Relentless Kitchen & Bath has to offer. He works hand-in-hand with our entire team to create new opportunities, guide clients through the early stages of their remodeling journey, and ensure they feel informed and supported from the start.
Ram plays a key role in expanding our reach, building trust in our brand, and helping create lasting relationships that turn into successful projects.
